Your client picks a time and pays via Stripe. Funds land directly in your Stripe account — we never hold your money.
We collect our €1
A €1 platform fee is deducted automatically via Stripe Connect from each completed payment. On a class, every attendee checks out separately, so the fee follows each seat sold — and a free class carries none. That is the entire cost, no surprises.
Stripe account required for paid bookings
BooknTalk uses Stripe Connect for payment processing. To charge clients, connect your Stripe account from the integrations section of your backoffice — it takes under two minutes.
Common questions
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. There are no monthly fees, annual fees, or setup costs. If no bookings are paid in a given month, you pay nothing at all.
What if a client cancels and gets a refund?
When a payment is refunded, the €1 platform fee is automatically returned too. You are never charged for transactions that don't complete. The same applies to a single class seat — refunding one attendee returns that seat's fee and leaves the rest of the class untouched.
Can I offer free events?
Yes. Events with no payment attached are completely free — we never charge for those. The €1 fee only applies when a client makes an actual payment.
How does the fee work for group classes?
Each attendee checks out on their own, so the €1 fee applies once per paid seat. A free class costs nothing no matter how many people join, and if you refund one attendee's seat, that seat's fee comes back with it.
Can I use a payment provider other than Stripe?
Currently Stripe is the only supported payment method. Other integrations may be added in the future.
Will pricing ever change?
We will always communicate changes clearly and in advance. Our goal is to stay aligned with your success — if you're not earning, neither are we.
