Ten identical slots is not a class
Most scheduling tools give the whole time slot to whoever books it first. Running a group in one of those means publishing the same slot ten times and hoping nobody takes two, or collecting sign-ups by email and keeping the headcount in your own notes.
A classroom event is one session with a seat count. Attendees take seats individually, each with their own confirmation, their own payment and their own cancellation, and the session closes to new sign-ups when the last seat goes.

Every seat is its own booking
Attendees pay for their own seat, get their own confirmation with the Google Meet link, and appear individually rather than as a name on someone else’s reservation.
Optional self-cancellation
Off until you turn it on. When it is on, the confirmation email carries a cancellation link that works until your deadline — 24 hours before the start by default. A paid seat is refunded in full, automatically, and the freed seat becomes bookable again.
Free classes really are free
The €1 applies per paid seat. A free workshop with thirty attendees costs nothing to run, which makes trial sessions and open evenings genuinely free rather than free-with-an-asterisk.
What we don't do
There is no waitlist — a full session simply stops accepting sign-ups until somebody cancels. A course cannot be sold as a single purchase: each session is booked and paid for on its own. There is no attendance register, no grading and no place to host course material. Google Calendar, Google Meet and Stripe are the integrations.

Common questions
How many people can book one session?
As many as the seat limit you set on the event. Each attendee books a seat individually and the session closes when the seats are gone.
Does every attendee pay separately?
Yes. Each seat carries its own payment, confirmation and cancellation, so one attendee dropping out does not affect anyone else’s booking.
What happens when a class fills up?
It stops accepting registrations. If someone cancels, the freed seat becomes bookable again automatically. There is no waitlist yet.
What does a group class cost?
€1 per paid seat — a class of eight paying attendees costs €8. Free classes cost nothing whatever the number of attendees.
