Only changes you would notice are listed. Plenty else ships — infrastructure, tests, performance — and none of it belongs on a page you would have to read.
Looking for what is coming instead? That is the roadmap, and everything on it is still unbuilt.
New
Pages for professions, features and integrations
Dedicated pages describing what BooknTalk does for coaches, consultants, tutors, therapists and teams, plus a page per feature and per integration. Each one states what the product does not do as plainly as what it does.
Fixed
A failed captcha no longer dead-ends a booking
When the anti-spam check refused a booking, the client had no way forward and had to start again. The check can now be retried in place.
Security
Security patches
Several fixes we are not describing in detail, for the obvious reason. No customer action is needed and no data was affected.
Fixed
A booking paid at the last moment is no longer cleared
The job that releases unpaid reservations could remove a booking whose payment had just succeeded. It now checks the payment before releasing anything.
Fixed
Public pages stopped asking for a login
Some pages that should be open to anyone — including parts of the marketing site — briefly redirected visitors to the sign-in screen.
Fixed
Time-off date picker
Past dates could be selected, the popup rendered against the wrong background, and the selected date was not always saved as entered.
New
Classroom events — one session, many attendees
Run classes and workshops from the same booking page: set a seat limit and let attendees book, pay and cancel their seats individually. Optional self-cancellation refunds a paid seat in full and returns it to the pool.
New
Post-meeting feedback emails
Turn on a feedback mail and every client receives one after their session ends, sent by a sweeper that survives a restart rather than firing once and hoping.
Fixed
Registration and login redirects
Signing up or signing in could land you on the wrong page, and inviting a team member during registration could fail outright.
Improved
A slot is blocked only when every host is busy
For an event with several team members, availability previously disappeared as soon as one of them was busy. A slot now stays bookable while anyone assigned to it is free.
Improved
Unassign the account owner from an event
Events run entirely by team members no longer have to keep the owner attached to them.
Fixed
Calendar availability syncs every five minutes again
The background sync had slowed, so a calendar entry added elsewhere could take too long to remove a slot from your page.
Improved
Analytics moved in-house
Visitor statistics are now collected by software we host ourselves on our own domain, rather than by a third-party service. Nothing about your clients is shared with an advertising network.
Security
Registration hardening
Changes to how sign-up responds to details that already exist. Deliberately not described further; no action is needed.
Fixed
Moving between booking pages showed the wrong data
Navigating from one provider’s page to another within the same browser session could briefly show the previous provider’s events.
