Integration

Every booking arrives
with a link to join.

A Google Meet link is created for each booking and carried into the confirmation and the calendar entry — nobody has to make one or paste it anywhere.

No card required. Included on every event, free or paid.

The link is where remote bookings go wrong

The appointment is agreed, and then someone still has to create a meeting, copy the link, and get it to the other person — which is how clients end up emailing "where do I join?" ten minutes before a session that was booked three weeks ago.

Generating the link at the moment of booking removes the step entirely. It is in the confirmation the client already received and on the calendar entry they already accepted.

How meeting links work

One link per booking

Each booking gets its own Meet link rather than a permanent room everyone shares, so an earlier client cannot wander into a later session.

In the confirmation and the invite

The link travels with the booking confirmation email and appears on the calendar entry, which is where people actually look when it is time to join.

Group sessions too

A classroom session carries its link to every attendee, each in their own confirmation, so a class of twenty needs no distribution list.

Free events as well

Meeting links are not held back for paid bookings. A free intro call gets the same treatment.

What we don't do

Google Meet is the only conferencing option — no Zoom, Teams, Whereby or dial-in numbers. There is no recording, no transcription and no waiting room controlled from here; whatever Meet itself offers is what you get. For in-person appointments, the link is simply ignored.

Common questions

Do I need a paid Google Workspace account?

No. Meeting links are created by BooknTalk for the booking and delivered with the confirmation, so there is nothing for you to set up beyond connecting Google.

Is it the same link every time?

No. Each booking gets its own, so sessions cannot overlap into one another.

Can I use Zoom or Teams instead?

Not automatically. Google Meet is the only conferencing integration, so a Zoom or Teams link would have to be shared with the client yourself.

Do group classes get a link?

Yes, and every attendee receives it in their own confirmation email.

Stop sending links by hand.

Connect Google and every booking carries its own. See the full pricing if you want the detail first.
