Weekly slots that stay filled,
without the reminder emails.
Set your regular hours once, let clients book and pay for their own session, and let the reminders go out on their own — €1 per paid session, with no monthly fee between them.
No card required. Client data is stored on servers in the EU.
The admin around a session costs more than the booking
Private practice runs on a steady weekly rhythm, and the work around it is repetitive rather than difficult: confirming the time, sending a reminder, taking the payment, moving the slot when someone cancels. Done by hand it is an hour a week that nobody bills for.
A booking page turns the repetitive half into settings. Your regular hours publish themselves, clients choose from what is genuinely free in your calendar, payment is taken at booking, and the reminders go out at the offsets you picked. What is left for you is the session.
What you get
Regular hours, set once
Availability is defined per weekday, so a Monday and Wednesday afternoon practice stays published without being rebuilt each week. Your live Google Calendar removes anything you are already busy for, and blocked dates take a holiday off the page.
Reminders on your schedule
Up to five reminders per event, each at an offset you choose between an hour and a week before, addressed to the client, to you, or to both.
A cancellation window you define
Where you allow clients to cancel their own session, the link stops working at the deadline you set. A paid session cancelled inside the window is refunded in full, automatically.
Where the data sits
Client names, contact details and appointment times are stored on servers in the European Union. Card details never reach our database — Stripe holds those. Each practitioner account sees only its own bookings.
What we don't do
This is a booking and payment tool, not practice-management software. There are no clinical notes, no client records beyond what a booking needs, no insurance or health-fund billing, and no claim to any healthcare certification. There are no deposits or sliding-scale part-payments — the session price is taken in full at booking, or the event is free. No SMS, no Outlook or iCloud, no Zoom.
Common questions
Can clients book recurring weekly sessions?
Your weekly hours repeat, so the same slot is available every week and a client can book it each time. What you cannot do is sell a block of eight sessions as one purchase — each booking is made and paid for on its own.
How are cancellations handled?
You decide whether clients may cancel themselves and how long before the session the link stays live — 24 hours by default. A paid session cancelled in time is refunded in full and the slot returns to your page.
Where is client information stored?
On servers inside the European Union. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. Our full data handling is set out in the privacy section of our terms.
What does it cost?
€1 per successful paid session, nothing for free sessions, and no monthly fee. A quiet month costs nothing rather than the same as a busy one.
Let the calendar do the admin.
Free until your first paid session. See the full pricing if you want the detail first.
