Assign the right person, automatically
Team members are attached per event, so a client booking a tax review only ever sees the people who do tax reviews. Availability comes from their live Google Calendar, and only the assigned member is notified.
Add the whole team. Assign them to the events they actually run. Pay €1 when a client pays — never for a seat that sat idle.
Start for freeNo card required. Free events stay free, however many people you add.
Per-seat pricing asks you to pay for a colleague every month, whether that colleague took two bookings or none. Hiring becomes a line item in a scheduling bill, and the tool earns the same in your quiet season as in your busy one.
There's a second cost that only shows up later. Tools get acquired, move upmarket, or shut the part you depended on — Superpeer's hosts found that out when the site was sunset and paid 1:1 calls stopped being the product. That is why payments here go straight to your own Stripe account: we never hold your money, so there is no balance to strand.
| BooknTalk | Per-seat scheduling tools | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | €1 per successful paid booking. Free events cost nothing. | Monthly or annual subscription, charged per seat. |
| Adding a team member | Free. Invite them, assign them to events, done. | One more seat on the invoice, every month. |
| Setup time | Connect Google Calendar, connect Stripe, publish the page. | Comparable — until payments or routing turn out to need a higher tier. |
| A 5-person team, one year | 80 paid bookings = €80. A year with none = €0. | $600–960 in seats, booked or not. |
| Where the money lands | Your own Stripe account, via Stripe Connect. | Varies — often a platform balance you withdraw from. |

Everything lives under your own booking page. Each member signs in to their own account and sees their own bookings — not the whole company's calendar.
€1 per paid booking. No seats, no tiers, no feature held back for a plan upgrade. If a client is refunded, the €1 is refunded with it.
We are a small team and answer our own support. There is no priority tier to buy in order to reach a person.
Google Calendar and Google Meet only — no Outlook, iCloud, Zoom or Teams. Stripe is the only payment provider. There are no SMS reminders and no round-robin routing.
If your team needs those, one of the bigger tools is the honest answer, and our comparison of the alternatives.
You assign team members to an event. When a client books it, their live Google Calendar availability is what decides the free slots, the booking lands on their calendar with a Google Meet link, and only they are notified. Nobody has to watch a shared inbox.
Nothing. There are no seats to buy. A five-person team and a one-person team pay the same: €1 per successful paid booking, and nothing at all for free events.
No. There is no monthly plan, no annual commitment and no setup fee. A month with no paid bookings costs €0, so a quiet season costs nothing rather than the same as a busy one.
Yes. Each member connects their own Google account, and their own calendar is what BooknTalk reads for availability and writes bookings to. Personal entries stay private — only busy time is used.
Adding people is free, and the first event takes a couple of minutes. See the full pricing if you want the detail first.
