Per-seat pricing asks you to pay for a colleague every month, whether that colleague took two bookings or none. Hiring becomes a line item in a scheduling bill, and the tool earns the same in your quiet season as in your busy one.
There's a second cost that only shows up later. Tools get acquired, move upmarket, or shut the part you depended on — Superpeer's hosts found that out when the site was sunset and paid 1:1 calls stopped being the product. That is why payments here go straight to your own Stripe account: we never hold your money, so there is no balance to strand.

Google Calendar and Google Meet only — no Outlook, iCloud, Zoom or Teams. Stripe is the only payment provider. There are no SMS reminders and no round-robin routing.

Common questions
How does BooknTalk handle team bookings?
You assign team members to an event. When a client books it, their live Google Calendar availability is what decides the free slots, the booking lands on their calendar with a Google Meet link, and only they are notified. Nobody has to watch a shared inbox.
What does it cost to add a team member?
Nothing. There are no seats to buy. A five-person team and a one-person team pay the same: €1 per successful paid booking, and nothing at all for free events.
Do we need a subscription?
No. There is no monthly plan, no annual commitment and no setup fee. A month with no paid bookings costs €0, so a quiet season costs nothing rather than the same as a busy one.
Can each team member use their own Google Calendar?
Yes. Each member connects their own Google account, and their own calendar is what BooknTalk reads for availability and writes bookings to. Personal entries stay private — only busy time is used.
