Integration

Your calendar decides
what is bookable.

Connect Google Calendar and the slots on your page are filtered by what you are already busy for — read-only, busy time only — with nothing from your own entries published.

Start for free

No card required. Disconnect at any time; the token is revoked immediately.

The slot you publish has to be a slot you have

Weekly opening hours are a starting point, not the truth. The truth is whatever is already in your calendar this particular Thursday, and a page that does not know about it will happily sell a time you cannot make.

The connection closes that gap: published availability is your weekly hours minus your real commitments, re-checked against the live calendar rather than against a copy that drifts.

How the connection behaves

Read-only by design

The integration requests the read-only calendar scope. It answers one question — is this time taken — and cannot modify or delete anything in your calendar.

Busy, not contents

What your events are called, who is on them and what they contain never reaches the booking page. Only whether a time is occupied changes what a client can book.

Per person on a team

Each team member connects their own account, so availability for an event follows whoever is actually running it rather than a single shared calendar.

Disconnect means disconnected

Disconnecting from your backoffice revokes the token with Google and deletes the stored connection immediately. Availability falls back to your published weekly hours.

What we don't do

Google Calendar only — no Outlook, iCloud or CalDAV, and no two-way editing of your existing entries. The connection is for availability and for delivering the booking; it is not a calendar manager.

Common questions

What permission is requested?

The read-only calendar scope, used to check whether a time is already busy. Our handling of Google user data is set out in the privacy section of our terms.

Can clients see my other appointments?

No. Only free-or-busy affects the page. Titles, guests and contents are never published.

What if I disconnect?

The token is revoked with Google and the stored connection is deleted. Your page keeps working from the weekly hours you set, without the calendar filter.

Does each team member connect separately?

Yes, and that is the point — availability follows the person running the event, not a single shared account.

Never sell a slot you do not have.

Connect the calendar and let it filter the page for you. See the full pricing if you want the detail first.
