Seats, not slots
Set the maximum number of attendees on the event. Each student books and pays for their own seat, gets their own confirmation and Google Meet link, and counts against the limit exactly once.
Set a seat limit on a class and let students book it individually. Each seat is paid, confirmed and cancelled on its own — €1 per paid seat, and free classes cost nothing however many attend.

Most booking tools hand the whole time slot to whoever books it first. Running a Tuesday evening group in one of those means publishing ten identical slots and hoping nobody books two, or taking the sign-ups by email and keeping the count in your head.
A classroom event holds many students in one session. You set how many seats there are; students book them one at a time, each paying for their own, and the session stops accepting sign-ups when the last seat goes. What you see is a class with a register, not ten bookings that happen to collide.

Availability is set per weekday, so a Tuesday 18:00 class and a Saturday morning class stay published week after week without being recreated. Block a holiday and those dates disappear from the page.
Optional, and off until you turn it on. When it is on, the confirmation email carries a cancellation link that works until your deadline — 24 hours before the start by default. A paid seat is refunded in full, automatically, and the freed seat becomes bookable again.
The €1 applies to paid seats only. A free workshop with thirty attendees costs nothing, which makes trial sessions and open evenings genuinely free to run.
There is no waitlist yet — when a class fills, it stops accepting sign-ups until someone cancels. You cannot sell a term of eight lessons as a single purchase; each session is booked and paid for on its own. There is no attendance register, no grading, no course material hosting, and no SMS. Google Calendar, Google Meet and Stripe are the integrations.

You create a classroom event with a seat limit. Students book seats individually, each paying for their own, and the session closes to new sign-ups once the seats run out. Everyone gets their own confirmation and calendar invite.
Only if you enable it. With self-cancellation on, the confirmation email carries a link that works until your deadline — 24 hours before the start unless you change it — and a paid seat is refunded in full automatically.
No. Each session is a separate booking at its own price. If selling a course as one payment is how your teaching works, BooknTalk is the wrong shape for it.
€1 per paid seat, so a class of eight paying students costs €8. Free classes cost nothing at all, whatever the number of attendees.
Free until your first paid seat. See the full pricing if you want the detail first.
